From 1st January 2025, 12:01 am to 31st January 2025, 11:59 pm (the “Promotional Period’’), Big Ticket will be awarding one guaranteed cash prize of AED 1,000,000 to one lucky winner every week.
To qualify for the weekly electronic draw (“E-draw”), the customer must purchase at least one Big Ticket worth AED500. Please see below table for more detailed information regarding purchase dates and E-draw dates:

All ticket entries to the E-draw and grand prize live draw are automatic. For example, a customer purchases a ticket on 6th of January 2025 and this ticket will automatically enter the weekly E-draw on 10th of January 2025 and live draw series 271 on 3rd of February 2025.
Free tickets from any promotion are also entitled to enter the weekly E-draw and grand prize draw series 271.
Winner of the weekly E-draw will be announced every Wednesday during the Promotional Period on the Big Ticket website.
Winners will be contacted by a Big Ticket representative via telephone call, and the call will be recorded and shared on the Big Ticket’s social media pages for marketing purposes.
Winners must claim their Cash Prize within six months from the winner announcement date.
The cash prizes will be processed via bank transfer to winner’s bank account in current country of residence, upon completion of winner due diligence.

Contestants for The Big Win stand a chance to attend, participate, and win guaranteed cash prizes ranging from AED 20,000 to AED 150,000 in The Big Win live draw Series 271 on 3rd February 2025 at 7.30 pm in the Big Ticket Studio.
To qualify, participants must purchase Big Tickets (cash tickets) worth at least AED 1,000 in a single transaction for Promotion Series 271, which runs from 1 January 2025 at 12:01 am to 26 January 2025 at 11:59 pm.
Contestants for The Big Win will be randomly selected, on a weekly basis, using a certified random number generator. Entry to the weekly selection is automatic according to the table below.

The selected contestants must attend the Big Ticket live draw Series 271 in person.
Total four contestants will be selected to participate in The Big Win contest and each participant will only stand a chance to be selected once as a contestant to participate in The Big Win contest.
The selected contestants’ names will be announced on 1st Febuary 2025 on Big Ticket's social media platforms and website.
Another eligible participant will be selected using the same selection method if the initial selected contestant cannot confirm his or her attendance at the Big Ticket live draw Series 271.
Big Ticket will contact contestants using the information provided during ticket purchase.
Big Ticket reserves the right to use contestants' images and create promotional content for marketing purposes.
All cash prizes payment will be processed via bank transfer upon satisfactory completion of winner due diligence.
It is the responsibility of the contestant outside of the United Arab Emirates, at own expense, to apply for a visa to the United Arab Emirates.
